A pastry cake with premium ingredients, combining the typical flavors of traditional Ligurian confectionery with the aromas of local herbs contained in the infusion at the base of Amaro.
In this version, candied fruit, Smyrna raisins and pine nuts characteristic of Pandolce are combined with Amaro Camatti’s secret recipe.
